GEHQ is an unbelievable gym. It is owned by a man who puts his members first and is always trying to better the facility. The gym is an official CrossFit and HYROX affiliate and is ran by extremely competent and talented coaches.

The members are the best. I joined GEHQ and have made friends for life. People from all walks of life coming together to better themselves.

GEHQ is the best gym in the north of Ireland if not the whole island. I’ve been to many gyms in my time but never one like this. It is even open 24 hours 7 days a week. It has changing and shower facilities on site and fantastic parking options.
